DELIVERY SERVICE

All our deliveries are handled by Lebo M Couriers and Fastway Couriers.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

All orders will incur a delivery fee of R100 which will be calculated at the checkout tab.

Items will be dispatched atleast 24 hours after the order is received. Delivery may take up to 5 working days.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we establish contact with the customer to arrange for alternative delivery dates. Please note that additional costs may incur which will be covered by the customer. 

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Belissimme, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Belissimme when sent back, so we suggest using a courier service of your choice for the best service and tracking ID.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns and exchanges  beyond the 7 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 7 days may be returned to you.

OUR POLICY

We take pride of our Belissimme items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our garment tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact orders@belissimme.com prior to sending any return.

 

SOME USEFUL TIPS

We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted.
We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of delays
